Working in retail, you're constantly with customers or with staff and dealing with issues and things like that. I think I was lucky enough to come across a large enough company that we had enough people out there and I'm definitely a people person. And then to switch over to horticulture, how easy was that or difficult was that? Twenty years is a career in anybody's book.
